Fun Fact: Like BGBx, David is built for breakthroughs, though his tennis game is still waiting for one. Until then, he brings the same optimism, persistence, and heart to the court that he brings to his family, his team, and his clients.

She oversees the roadmap of BGBx's Agentic-first breakthrough technology, integrating data, behavioral science, and emerging technologies to drive measurable business impact and more adaptive decision-making across the healthcare landscape.

Fun Fact: Hilary has visited, learned, laughed and lived in 21 countries. Recently become obsessed with yoga. In true Italian fashion, Hilary makes more than 500 ravioli from scratch, and in one day, during the holiday season to give as gifts.

Fun Fact: Originally from Old England and now living in New England, Ken has traded his football playing days for coaching his daughter’s soccer team – although still not convinced he's missed on the pitch just yet. These days, he brings the same passion to the sidelines, navigating a game that feels familiar, even if it occasionally answers to a different name.

Dan O’Neill is a Managing Partner at BGBx Consulting. He is based in Washington, D.C. With nearly two decades of experience advising leading life sciences organizations, Dan has deep expertise developing commercial growth strategies for pharmaceutical and medical device executives. Prior to BGBx, Dan co-founded Kx Advisors, and earlier in his career advised clients as the head of the Healthcare Practice at Kaiser Associates. With a focus on new product planning, portfolio strategy, commercial due diligence, go-to-market strategy, and competitive planning, Dan has expertise in integrated research and quantitative modeling techniques related to product pricing and forecasting. Dan started his career in finance and banking, where he developed his quantitative background. Dan holds an MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a BBA from the University of Kentucky.

Bob Serrano is a Managing Partner at BGBx Consulting, based in Washington, D.C. He brings over two decades of experience across the healthcare industry, with a focus on developing growth strategies for specialty pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. Bob has advised leading life sciences companies on strategic growth, market development, and commercial execution. His work spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, neurology, immunology, and infectious diseases, with a consistent focus on translating complex market dynamics into clear, actionable strategy. Bob co-founded Kx Advisors, and co-led the Healthcare Practice at Kaiser Associates. Earlier in his career Bob held commercial roles Abbott Laboratories (now AbbVie), where he gained firsthand experience in commercial strategy. He also led North American laboratory marketing for QIAGEN’s molecular diagnostics business, bringing a deep understanding of how strategy translates into execution in highly technical and regulated markets. Bob earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a Master’s in Health Administration and a BS in Nutritional Science from Cornell University.

Dave is known for helping clients integrate market access into overall commercialization strategy, with a focus on the intersection of data-driven decision-making and strategic insight. In addition to working closely with clients, he plays a key role in evolving capabilities, processes, and culture to support continued growth. Dave holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Biochemistry from Suffolk University.

Jamie Sidore is a Managing Director at BGBx Consulting, based in Boston, bringing deep expertise at the intersection of commercial strategy and market access. He joined BGBx from Hayden Consulting Group, which he co-founded to help life sciences organizations integrate access considerations into broader commercialization strategy. Jamie is known for building high-impact client partnerships, developing new capabilities, and shaping teams that can navigate complex market dynamics with clarity and confidence. He has worked in strategy consulting for over 25 years, including previous leadership roles at Parexel, IQVIA and Amundsen Group. Jamie holds an MBA from Yale University School of Management, and a BA from Duke University.

As founding partner and B of BGB, Brendon oversees a dedicated team of strategists, medical directors, and medical writers with advanced degrees in science. Brendon is a board-certified internist and a definite science geek himself.

His experience in healthcare communications is broad, including pipeline and early asset commercialization, prelaunch strategy and disease awareness campaigns, launch readiness and execution, in-line marketing and competitive response, and ongoing life cycle management for both US and global clients.

Brendon has deep expertise in HCP customer engagement from his clinical experience and through leading teams on a multitude of pharma engagements, including thought leader advisory board moderation, customer insight mining, and HCP advocacy development. He has worked extensively with clients to develop scientific narratives and message platforms as the foundation for both clear and concise disease education, as well as compelling clinical value stories for branded communications.

Brendon received his medical degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Chicago Hospitals. He’s a Starbucks lover and globe-trotter based in Westhampton.

Hockey fanatic, proud dad, golf nut and the “G” in BGB. As one of two founding partners, Greg oversees client business operations. With a professional background that spans product marketing, promotional advertising, and medical communications, his experience includes the strategic development of marketing communications across a wide variety of therapeutic categories, including oncology, hematology, CV/metabolic disorders, immunology, respiratory diseases, virology, and neurology.

From pipeline commercialization to launch planning to life cycle management, Greg has supported brands in mature and competitive markets—as well as brands that have defined and established new categories and standards of care. His ongoing goal is to ensure that BGB continues to deliver top-notch strategic solutions and compelling creative execution.

Before co-founding BGB Group, Greg was Director of Client Services at Saatchi & Saatchi’s BestMed division. He gained his initial professional experience in Montréal, Canada, where he worked for STA Healthcare Communications, a medical communications firm his father* founded. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University and completed the MBA Marketing Leadership program at Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, New Jersey.

*Greg’s father, Bob, is the other “B” in BGB!
