Chris Waybill is a Senior Vice President at BGBx Consulting, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He brings more than a decade of experience in strategy consulting, leading growth strategy engagements across corporate strategy, business development and M&A, product development, and commercial go-to-market planning, with particular emphasis on brand planning and launch strategy. Chris has extensive experience advising leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies across therapeutic areas including CNS, dermatology, and immunology, as well as interventional technologies, diagnostics, and connected devices. He is known for his expertise in complex CNS conditions—spanning cognitive disorders, neuropsychiatric diseases, pain, movement disorders, and cerebrovascular conditions—and for helping clients apply advanced analytics, behavioral science, and AI-driven approaches to sharpen strategic decision-making. Chris holds a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Duke University.
