BGBx is organized around two divisions that work as one company.

BGBx Consulting shapes strategy across the full commercial lifecycle. The division brings together Kx Advisors and Hayden Consulting Group, both of which continue to serve their clients under their established names.

BGBx Communications moves how brands are understood, prescribed, and reimbursed. Three practice areas: Payer Communications, Advertising, and Medical Communications. Each brings two decades of life sciences communications work to every brand challenge.

Both divisions are powered by 3D Science. Behavioral, medical, and data work together across teams and engagements, giving strategy and execution one intellectual foundation. 

Our Heritage

In 2005, two young entrepreneurs, Greg Passaretti and Brendon Phalen, saw a healthcare landscape becoming vastly more complex, where scientific acumen and creative innovation would need to work together to create compelling, credible brand stories. 

Over the next two decades, the company grew rapidly by helping pharmaceutical and life science clients turn complex science into communications that could shape understanding, support launches, and move brands forward across oncology, rare disease, immunology, and beyond. 

As the market continued to evolve, the same founding instinct led BGB to broaden its capabilities as clients needed more support setting the right strategy early and staying on strategy across the product lifecycle. 

BGB strengthened its model with the additions of Kx Advisors and Hayden Consulting Group, bringing deeper expertise in corporate and commercial strategy, market access, patient services, and intelligence. 

Today, BGBx is the unified brand for what these teams have been building together: one fiercely independent company providing consulting and communications that shape strategy and bring it to market.
